This vineyard does single field bottlings, which is a nice way to compare how the same variety works out under different conditions. This one has some of the lemony acidity and tart apple fruit as the White Springs field. But those elements are more subdued, and balanced by herbal and floral flavors, with hints of grass. The minerality is stony and almost steely. A nice wine.
