This was outrageous at 8 years old. First quite truffled then just a memory of fruit. Palate framed by acid rather than tannin, gentle but light cranberry sort of tartness.

Not a huge Pinot fan but this bottle in particular was extraordinary. Not too tart off the bat like some pinots, and not too light either. A good full bodied, dry Pinot that develops across the palette throughout the evening. Perfect to enjoy with a beautiful lady by the shores of Seneca Lake.

Elevating a Thursday night... Mushroomy, red fruit nose and strong acidity. 2010 is drinking very well right now.

The best of Finger Lakes Pinots I've had. Great structure and acidity.
