Textures de Pedra Blanc de Negres

Shy nose. Rocks and minerals, but not much fruit. A little peach. Some (pleasant) bitterness and saltiness. Very good, though for the price not sure it rivals some of the better NV grower champagne.

So loved this guy. A Blanc de Noir Cava with enough chops to stand up to Champagne. Verve-y and orchard fruity. Really lovely. #raventos

Mineral, limestone, and a bit of apricot and honey after it opened up. Absolutely amazing. A nice celebration bottle!

2014, disgorged 2017. It’s aged beautifully. Salty rocks with a peachy froth. Stellar price point
