Lively aromatic nose with red apples, red currant, wild strawberry but also some tangerine peel.
Nice, creamy mouthfeel with brilliant freshness, somehow quite round despite no dosage. Great precision & depth and the bubbles so tiny & persistent.
There’s a hint of minerality towards the long finish.
Wow, they just keep making them better & better. Delicious & so juicy. Begs another sip!
