
From the days where Raul Perez still made a 100% pinot noir. In the more recent years of this wine he always uses Mencia in a blend with Pinot. Only 526 bottles made and one of the very few Pinot Noirs from Spain. This is nice but is slightly sharper + has more acidity then Burgundy pinots. Nevertheless a great discovery.

Big fan of Raul Perez's wines. intense, spicy and balanced. Looking forward to seeing how these develop.
