The drier side of halbtrocken. These don’t get enough love in my opinion and that’s just fine by me—they’re still affordable and a relative bargain. Honeyed mango nose, utterly enchanting. Palate is dry, excellent body & long finish. Fabulous.

Upfront the honeysuckle just hits and stays. Granny Smith tickles, honey crisp, white flowers, Meyer lemon, dried apricot on the finish. Good acidity. Hole mouth salivates. Very yum.

Oct 26th, 2019Nose of over ripe pear, bee pollen, honey, ripe cantaloupe. Nice nose. Palate starts tart with a coating feel. Nice acidity around the outside of the tongue and back. More of that ripe cantaloupe and honey. This is tasty on day one and two.
