North Fork of Long Island Sauvignon Blanc

Very pale straw with a consistent concentration and a thin water white rim. No green. Medium intensity of aroma, restrained, fresh pineapple, lemon chiffon, merengue, no apparent oak. Light body, medium acidity, medium alcohol 12.1%. Palate is dominated by juicy white grapefruit with a hint of lime, white pepper, a touch of bitterness on the medium finish. Straightforward and refreshing

Driven my stony talc and hay character. Light lemon, lemon verbena and gooseberry flavors. Citrusy acid. Fairly short finish. #nywine #liwine #wine #tasteny

A bit too sour for me

Light apple and grapey finish.

Crisp with a hint of bubbles. Hints of red apple. Great on a summer night!
