This is a nice Sauv Blanc. Nothing over the top but crispy and sharp with good acid and minerality. Some citrus dessert flavors like key lime pie and and lemon icing. Just a touch of sweetness which balances well with the acidity.

Less tropical and overall less intense flavor profile than I would want in a sauv blanc. Solid pairing with salmon risotto but might not purchase again.
