What a difference from the last bottle, which I apparently rated 8.3 (Based on the old "smiley face" scale). This one was crisp with no spritz. Great Cali Chard. Hope the remaining two bottles are like this.

Mouth puckering lemon on pop 'n pour, but smoothed out nicely over time. Best on day 2. Only detractor was a slight CO2 spritz on each pour that would blow off after a while.
