Pop and pour for a raw fish crudo Friday night!
A breathtaking pale straw color for this cool temp Sonoma coast wine. On the nose: Subdued notes of pear, bale of hay, lemon, and honey. Taste: A creamy rich mouthfeel with pear, pineapple, lemon/lime, and minerals on this medium body and medium plus acidity wine.

Feb 1st, 2020Though 2014 it is just at the beginning of the beat drinking window for Ramey single vineyards. Still a bit of spritz in the front but great fruits in the middle and back. This will get better for a couple years.
