This was is a killer Cabernet!!

Intense and seamless this is a big cabernet. Purple to the rim with aromas of black currants, pipe tobacco, mocha & baking spices. Black cherry soda with a dark chocolate bite lead to a long silky finish.

Big wine here. Deep and inky. Nice oak, med+ tannins. Some chocolate, vanilla, baking spice, black fruit, and some sort of teriyaki note. Needs another 5 years laid down.

Great wine! Definitely cellar worthy although drinking great right now. Thanks to Will Burkholder at Fine Wine Dump supplying me with a half case!!
