When drinking next to the ‘02 Jericho Canyon, this was drinking better and seemed to be in a really nice window. Decidedly more sweet fruit and integrated tannin. Nutmeg, baked mixed berry pie, cherry swisher sweets, and the whole fruit spectrum on the finish (red, blue and black). Delicious.

Now I know what we'll get our son for his 11th birthday this October. Deliciousness!

What a great blend; smooth all the way through and so refined. 2002 vintage is in a perfect place right now

Prior owner's storage must have been awesome as this isn't drinking like a 13 year old. Very consistent with some of their newer vintages plus the bolder mountain fruit traits. Moderate tannins and a long brambly finish. Nice surprise.

Let this '01 get past its prime. Not much fruit or structure to hold up to filet mignon.

Beautiful ripe dark black fruit, this one still has great years ahead of it. Will try it again at age 20!!
