Watermelon (!!) in the nose. Not really high in acidity, not high on alcohol (for ca), very very light color. My wife tasted this and said it tastes like water. The lightness of this may be due to the fires and particularly light skin contact. Clean and enjoyable. Very light rose. Date wine!!
