A producer I definitely don’t drink enough of. Savory.

Aging wonderfully. Macerated dark red fruit.

Beautiful; bacon fat, raspberry, blackberry, cocoa butter, white pepper, complex, layered, integrated. Opens and evolves, opens and evolves. Roses. This will age 🖖🏽❤️🌈

Fig, sour cherry, Forrest floor, yellow plum. Bruised roses. Hint of tar and blackberry. In 15yr this will be remarkable, more smoke and game.

Losing steam 😕

Fruit hinted shell with a N Rhone core.

Ready to drink but more fruit forward than I was expecting. Was hoping for a bit more spice.
