I tasted the 2014 a couple months ago and looking forward to having it again. Tart nose but smooth, mellow taste. Hints of blueberries, boysenberry, and cranberry. Excellent finish.

Sep 19th, 2020A pleasant, sweeter nose but tarter than expected. Notes of tart cherry, super dark (unsweetened) chocolate, and yes.m, tobacco. Recommend letting this wine breathe for at least 10-15 minutes (even after decanting); it’s really mellowed out and brought out smoother flavors.

Sep 13th, 2020Very interesting. Started with very leathery, earthy flavor (good) then after 45 minutes a so, changed to stone fruity very very nice flavor; matched lovely with lamb and oily sable fish
