I wish every producer held on to wines until they were as incredible as this. Dried citrus, nutty, saline.......very sherry-like. Not for everyone but a serious treat for those who love that style

Моченые яблоки, красная смородина, клюква, сушеная вишня, отголоски неспелой клубники, легкий укроп, лак, сухая деревяшка, соевый соус, лакрица. Среднее, схуднувшее тело; компактный, но все ещё пронзительно-интенсивный вкус с активной кислотностью; тонкие танины. Развито и зрело, с очевидным возрастом, но без старческой немощи, с хорошей естественной концентрацией и правильными манерами. Гармонично и полно внутренней энергии.

Drinking the 1991 in 2016 after over 2 hours of decanting. Wonderful light sherry type nose with a hint of pepper and quite brick red colour around the edges. Such a soft texture on the tongue though still a little astringency on the finish. Very good.
