Hard to beat a Dry Creek Zin, especially from Quivira.

An expressive and balanced version of Zinfandel. Bright and very red fruit driven. Tannins are well integrated and help to give a sense of that balance. Very pretty.

Lovely Zinfandel. Deep red/purple in color. Fruit forward, lots of dark fruit and a noticeable blueberry on this one (thank you petite Syrah). The flavor is well balanced, medium body, good length on the palate. The fruit dominates, but the baking spices and tobacco of the Zinfandel come through. The petite Syrah again adds depth, with a bit more pepper and almost chocolate.
