Worth the wait. A beautiful PS, nice with Basque lamb stew.

Lightly spiced boysenberry jam on the nose. On the palate, juicy boysenberry, blueberry, blackberry— all rich but with a pleasant tartness mixed in, and a little white pepper, espresso, and tobacco. Holding up well with age. Surprised that there aren’t many dried fruit notes in the mix.
