Red and purple fruit with a bit of acidity on the back end, which makes it especially good with food. Prime filet mignon, in this case. Mmm...

My first of these, purchased on release. I really like this. Purple and red berries with a streak of minerality and a hint of dried mint leaf in the finish. Terrific companion to grilled pork tenderloin drizzled with aged balsamic.
