This is really great with a marinated rack of lamb. Full of coffee with a fruit component that increases across the pallet then comes a hint of blackberry with a wonderful Cabernet finish. Very good after an hour. Wonderfully delicious after 3. What a beautiful Cab

Classic. Really opened up after a 30 minutes. Bold, full bodied and smooth finish. So glad I had the will power to sit on this one for a year and a half. Another winner from Mike Smith, on par with the Myriad line of cabs.
