A wonderful mouthful of California style Cabernet filled with structural elements which layer on vanilla. A blend of French oak balancing forward fruit in almost perfect balance. As good as California Cab gets.

WOTN - damn good - amazing - it was the last of the three I tasted we brought to dinner and it was incredible - I love it - I am a believer - first time having this - now that said it comes from the best fruit out there in that this is Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard

OMG - cannot remember the last time I sipped a wine and said those exact words to myself - decanted two and half hours

Big as the state of Texas - bold like the navy seals - and as sexy as the cover of SI swimsuit annual edition

Color was the normal dark purplish red and smell was delightful but then the story goes viral as the taste was opera quality singing like the ending of phantom of the opera - and the finish well it was ultra marathon long - all night long as Lionel Ritchie would say

Bravo Quivet - and we smiled until the morning

Absolutely beautiful bones. Great fruit with rounded raspberries, coffee and Carmel all blending with blueberries to produce a very viscous and delicious mouth feel. Wine needs more time in the bottle and souls be give significant air time. I have little patience so I decanted, spun with air and poured. Set for a hour. Give it much more. Wow. This is not McGhaw Cab But Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard

Really nice! Darker black/blue fruit requiring 2-3 hours of air at this point. May give it another 2-3 years before sampling again.

Opened about 3 years too early but you can see that it’s going to be stellar.
