Fresh & with nice energy.
Ripe apricot, white peach, (over)ripe lemons plus a healthy dose of herbs and white pepper. Not unlike a ripe GrüVe (w/o the honey).
On the palate fresh, spicy yet with a nice, round mouthfeel. Spicy apricots with savoury herbal accents.
Brilliant with food (fish!!), otherwise nothing special to write back home. .
