Still trying to figure out Encruzado. This one is nice, just wish it had just a little less oak and a little more mineral depth.

A little hot on the nose, with notes of raw almonds/almond skin, green pepper, & dill weed. Big burst of licorice/anise/espresso on the front and mid-palate. Finishes a little weak; flavors peter out to an almost watery quality.
