Fully resolved but far from over the edge, more stuffing than your average Pinot/Loire red turkey day offerings.

Damn good. This is the kind of complexity you always hope for in that price range. Dark, plums, cherries, blackberries, tannins soft as velvet, loooong finish. Don't pair with matriciana. This wine wants beef.

Iron-rich, cheese tart (that's with currant, folks), cola, clove and fresh-pouch tobacco. Aggressive entry, super solid mid; makes it happen.
