Castas: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet e Cabernet Sauvignon

Dry red blend. First taste was not the best but it started to grow on me halfway into the glass. I changed my rating twice. After the bottle was gone, I was a believer. Never write a wine off after the first sip.

Antalejo valley, meat pairing

Bright cherry notes. Earthy middle. Could use more body on the finish. Really solid for the price.

Raspberry and cherry nose. Cherry that builds through the middle with burnt fruit and finishes with moderate minus tannin and moderate acid. Pencil lead lingers.

So easy to drink. Smooth and simple with loads of flavour to distinguish
