First time drinking Touriga Nacional not as a Port. Medium+ viscosity makes me think this grape is very thick skinned. Impressed with depth and complexity of flavors as well as balance of fruit and tannins. Chocolate, dates, cooked cherries and blackberries. Great food wine, looking forward to trying more Touriga.
