A lot more earthy than the 2011 Quinta das Carvalhas Douro Touriga Nacional, but with all the small fruity nuances (especially blackberry). Definitely my new favorite red.

Lovely black fruit and tannin structure. Hint of cardamom and black raspberry.

A little young but very nice. Black currant and other dark fruit. Great legs and good finish.
