Dão Encruzado

Fresh nose with yellow fruit, apple, pear and a touch of creaminess. Opens with some nice matchstick reduction.
On the palate this is light to medium bodied, with nice texture, a touch of creaminess and sliced yellow apple & pear with toasted hazelnut notes. Nicely balanced, highly drinkable. A perfect textbook example of Encruzado.
