Tasted alongside the 2018 and this is a totally different animal. Must have been the late season rains because this is a lot lighter and much more mellow. The fruits are more prevalent and red, but the acids are all gone. Still has some vanilla and spices, but in the whole, not as good as 2018.

Good effort. Little too stewed for my taste. Fruit forward and new world fans should love this wine. Great wine for @Ted Corvey

My first Touriga. Potent red begging for bison prime rib. Not terribly complex, but powerful. If you don't like reds avoid this one. If you do, you'll find this one a surprising value.
