Starts with an intriguing and complex funky aroma (that natural wine smell) along with TONS of minerality and wild earthy notes, with white flower and dried banana aromas that intensify as time goes on. (Fernao pires/arinto). Definitely has that similar cider quality as the encruzado/arinto blend
