Like most mineral-driven whites, there is racing acidity with a stoney backbone that doesn't disappoint. The underlying almond richness in this wine really sets it apart though with a savory quality that is bold yet elegant. Definitely allow to come down in temperature to really get the beauty of this wine! Love you Encruzado!!!
