Quinta da Lixa
Vinho Verde Loureiro
Slightly carbonated, keeps the bright taste and notes of the traditional cousins but with an accentuated tanning and acidity that reveals a more serious temperament. Weak finish but with a mineral touch that saves the day. Not memorable but surprisingly pleasant. I Like it but I am a bit puzzled about the experience. Great potential. It could really pair with anything depending on the temperature that is served.

Oct 11th, 2018Not as carbonated as previous vinho verdes. However, still a very easy sip. Brightly acidic with pear and crisp green apple. Would pair well with a green salad, seafood, light cheeses or a fruit dessert.
