Giesta Dão Tinta Roriz

Beautiful soft red fruit with elegant tannins. Touriga, Tinta Roriz, Jaen blend.

This one has been hanging around since july2014. Still tastes reasonably good. Nothing super special. Slightly oaky. Firm tannins.

Nice wine from Portugal. Fruity ripe red berries. Nice finish. Great with tomatoes and garlic pizza.

Very nice full bodied

Medium bodied, nice, fresh berries but not jammy, mild tannins, lush lingering aftertaste. Enjoyed with a Moroccan chicken with olives and preserved lemons. 2010 vintage.

Too smooth if possible, tastes watery to me. Apparently has a good tannin structure according to those who know.

Pairs great with a bright salad with a mustard vinegarette dressing and tomatoes. This would also go well with a steak or a butternut squash soup. The wine is smooth with hints of cherry and a little kick! Delicious!

Mega yum! Chocolate covered cherries with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Not too fruity but juicy.

Good Portuguese wine. Well balanced, black cherries, medium bodied. Would buy it again if I find it. Part of the WSJ box. Very easy to drink

With spicy Nepali lunch at Six dijju's. Very rich: smells delicious, is very complex
