Chemistry experiment gone bad. Over extracted for my taste. Végétal finish.

Sipping Fine Wine

From the Austin Hope Family, a new wine that express the potential of Paso Robles.A blend of 57% Cab Sauv, 23% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot, 5% Petite Sirah, aged for 21 months on American oak (65%new) aromas of berry fruit, vanilla spice and floral notes. On the palate dark berry flavors with big vanilla spice. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with vanilla and toasty character. Nice value offering.

Good value. Highly unique. Medium-full bodied. Balanced. Fruit, maple, hint of bacon. Bacon!?! Just a scosche. Kelly really liked it.

Perfect for Thanksgiving. Great spells of spices. Tastes like a spice bakery

Great Austin Hope red blend. Fruity with excellent taste and finish. Too bad it's only available in Paso Robles.
