A very peary Sauvignon Blanc with an almost cider quality to the body. Not much complexly to speak of but also not overly offensive. Very inexpensive but noticeably so. Good cooking wine.

Wine possess no elements of minerals or citrus. broods deep over ripe fruits, like cantaloupe that's become mushy in the fridge, no acid and overall not a good natural example of Sauvignon Blanc
