Really cool, delicious, and challenging. Blind you get a very Sav Blanc character, but the palate tells you that isn't correct.
Herbaceous/green pepper/smokey jalapeño, citrus/lemon, maybe some tropical fruit/fruit skin, flowers. Easy to call SB from the aroma. Palate has an acid laserbeam delivery of those notes, but there is a rich/round oily/creamy texture at the same time as a very etched minerality/salinity. Feels like a baby, not a 9 year old wine.
