It tastes young, no sulfur results in sediment in the bottle. This dark beetroot color wine smells like ripe plum & clove. Mouth if full of prune, with eucalyptus freshness and hint of coffee/espresso bitterness. So it starts playful but finish is clearly darker. Tannins are soft, but noticeable. I liked this organic wine, actually mine first non sulfur wine.
