Lo-Fi Coquelicot Vineyard Cabernet Franc

Cab franc at its most delicious.

Old world styled nose, new world palate...half way between the two on structure. Raspberries, pomegranates, bell pepper, sweet pipe tobacco, peppercorns...it all settles down so nicely and becomes an easy drinking Santa B Cab Franc.

Served chilled kept the fruits of raspberry and pomegranate bright, clean and fresh. Great acidity, but silky smooth on my tongue.

Aged longer same vineyard, more classic peppery than fruity

Serve this cab franc slightly chilled. You will taste the fruits mingling with the notable herbaceous, bell pepper taste. Still tasted great on the 2nd and 3rd day!
