2017v. Pale gold. Pretty fragrant nose: yellow pear, Granny Smith apples, honey, and a little floral. On the palette, there's ton of crisp acidity with a mineral finish (label says soil is granite and clay). Stainless steel production preserves the flavor of fruit. At 13% ABV, the alcohol is apparent, and throws the balance just a bit towards bitterness in the finish. Overall, a fresh wine that should pair well with light fare but also have enough acidity to cut through some creamier dishes. Bought at WF.
