Great balance throughout - delicious with our veal and lamb.

It smells like burgundy but it tastes somehow like burgundy with an Italian accent !
Cherry and raspberry, a hint of rose and loads of tannins backed up by acidity. The alcohol is not THAT strong contrary to my expectations. Very good moment!

Very floral on the nose, with sensitive color moving to brick. The taste is earthy on the front with hints of tar and cherry. The tannins are beast, they coat your mouth. I think this wine will need at least 5 more years before it is ready to pound

Classical markers of rosehip and tar on the nose. Quite light body, but good intensity with well integrated tannins.

So nice! This year, 2009, is amazing! Italian winemakers can really do great wines. Perfect with grilled lamb and porc ribs.
