Elettra (Shining Star) Puglia Red Blend

A classic red vinification, with maceration on skins to extract color and aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels. You can sense it’s delicious fruity bouquet with notes of blackberry, cherries, and some mint. On the palate the wine has a perfect balance between velvety tannins and fruity notes, and a persistent finish.

Sweeter than most red blends, but super delicious! Big cherry and blackberry flavors, very jammy!
