Deep Ruby with pronounced aromas of dark berry fruits with spice and oaky notes. On the palate flavors of fresh blackberry and plum with licorice and toasty cacao. Tannins are a bit rustic, with the Rutherford Dust character, long finish ending with fruit and toasty spice. Give this a year, I tucked a few bottles in the cellar, and will report back in a year or so!

Beautiful vibrant ruby with a clear rim!
Aromas of black licorice..bing cherry..mocha..cedar and caramel.
Tastes of vanilla..red berries..dusty soil and cola!

Fun night celebrating a dear friend’s birthday at Lucio’s BYOB over dinner. Everyone brought their own bottles to share with the group that was gathered.

Again, this was opened after dinner. First time having anything from Provenance, surprisingly, and I was quite happy with it. Balanced, well-made, and reasonably complex. This is just an all-around solid Rutherford Cab.
