Blend TK2 Beckstoffer To-Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Very fruit forward. I don't like friit forward cs but this one is good. Candied raspberry. Pleasant tannin and velvety texture.

Interestingly perfumed nose with cotton candy and coconut oil (?) notes. Palate shows off chocolate, bing cherry and red licorice. Finish is a bit shorter than most wines from To Kalon but can’t argue with the value.

Not the most refined expression of To Kalon but still very nice and good value. After a two hour decant had some nice secondary flavor development. Well balanced and enjoyable.

Jam filled mouth.
