Ironically oysters were one of the suggested food pairings. Save the oysters, they're delicious! Wine's pretty good too. Nice minerality with not-sweet tropical fruit flavors as well.

Muted yellow, stone fruit nose with just a bit of the expected grassy nose. More yellow fruit, a bit of a green mid palate, and then an unexpected sweet, rubbery finish. Love oysters - love the cause.

Crisp and clean. Slightly steely with some friutiness. Not much sweetness. Would work well at a dinner party and salty cheese. So good!
