Ironically oysters were one of the suggested food pairings. Save the oysters, they're delicious! Wine's pretty good too. Nice minerality with not-sweet tropical fruit flavors as well.

Crisp and clean. Slightly steely with some friutiness. Not much sweetness. Would work well at a dinner party and salty cheese. So good!
