Decanted. In a good place now. Loads of smoke and meat, but blueberry and rocks funk too...a hint of oak too. On the palate, acidity seems good, and sauteed cabbage, olive brine, and a touch of cola. A soft touch of tannin on the finish.Day 2. Left on the counter unrefrigerated overnight. Pretty much identical to yesterday, and yummy.
