Really not sure what to make of this stuff. Raging acetaldehyde issues, too much sweetness on the palate. Still, as an exercise in minimal wines, it's fascinating. In the end, I wouldn't buy it again.

Overly sweet. It’s what some people think of when they think Lambrusco. It has so much sugar that the cage was stuck to the bottle. I’m a big Gamay fan and couldn’t find any of it in here. It’s $10 for the bottle so if you’re partying I guess you can snag a few bottles.
