From Paul Lato. Classic Central Coast pinot noir. If you poured this for me blind and said $40-ish retail, I’d say “Great”. I think this was just under $25, and free shipping if you bought 6 bottles or more. Fantastic!

This is a relatively simple pinot from Paul Lato, released in part to support efforts associated with COVID-19 (can’t recall exactly how, but it was in the e-mail I received). As I said, it’s simple but well-made (obviously: it’s Paul Lato), and is noticeably better with regard to flavor and balance if you chill it down just a bit (maybe a couple of degrees below cellar temp). At $25/bottle with 50% off shipping for orders of 6 bottles or more, I highly recommend it!
