Might be a scoshe high on the rating, but it paired perfectly with the pizza. Dried cherry for sure. Long finish. Moderate tannins. A bang-on Chianti.

Dec 21st, 2017Next time I'm reaching for an under $20 bottle of Chianti, I'm going for this. Great dinner wine. Cherry and tobaccos. Was gifted to us and went great with our meal.

Nov 10th, 2016Dry, dark cherries at first which mute as it opens up, tannins become more prominent as does the oak and leather/tobacco, medium finish, smoke appears over time. Great pairing with a rich pasta.
