Skin Fermented Natural Wine Trebbiano D'Abruzzo

First sip was bitter and I almost stopped but the next was better and at the end of it the experience wasn’t so bad. I think this is probably a low quality natural wine, but it doesn’t mean the wine was not enjoyable. It just means you need an open mind and a cold fridge.

2024. Enjoyed this herbal savory orange wine with Mediterranean spreads, appetizers, and kebabs at Clio.
