Tried again! Pale lemon, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus with honeysuckle notes. Medium finish ending with fruit, lively acidity and creamy floral character.

Not as bright and crisp as I expected for a Pinot Gris. Mellow and smooth with a really nice flavor profile. A bit like a stainless steel chard. Nicely done.

Crisp and nice flavor of year, not overly sweet.

V15. Appeared a shade darker than most Pinot Gris, rest was a "tale of temps". Chilled, the pear fruit was bone dry, and one and done. Slightly chilled was really good. Nice apple pie bouquet. Juicy pear fruit, hint of grape skin, Meyer lemon with a dry, but round finish. Would try again.
